Return Policy

Defective Products:

Our exchange policy lasts 3 days from the date of receipt of the purchased product(s). This policy is applicable only if there is a qualified defect in the product. If you raise a replacement request after 3 days from receipt of the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

You should raise the return request on our website, through the option available to you in your individual account and product details page. Please include detailed reasons for asking for a replacement while raising the request. Please include pictures of the product that shows the defect clearly. Basis qualification of the request, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your location at no cost to you.

To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original packaging and product tag attached. You are also required to send back the receipt or proof of purchase from our online/offline store to avail of this policy.

Once we receive the product back at our location, it will go through our quality check to confirm the reason of requesting an exchange.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved to process, we will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the status of replacement and the time we will take to process the request and send you the new product back. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refund Policy

Once we are able to confirm that we do not have a replacement product against the defective returned items or the size that you want, we will notify you of the same though email and initiate a refund for the price you have paid as a credit note against your personal account. This credit will automatically be applied to your account in our website in the form of a credit voucher, within 10 days of receipt of the product back in our location. You can use this credit voucher to purchase other products of the same or lesser value from our website.

Refund of Shipping Cost: If the product returned is due to a defect, the refunded credit note will include the shipping cost you paid during placing your order. However, if you are returning the product for fitment (size mismatch) reasons, the shipping cost will not be included in the refunded credit note.

Exchange or Refund Policy of Special Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately special sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Shipping

Shipping costs that are charged during placing an order are non-refundable. However, if you need to return the product for a qualified reason (defect), there will be no cost levied to you, either to pick it up from your location or sending the replacement item back to you.

Shipping cost of replacement items:

If the product is being replaced due to a qualified defect, we will not charge any shipping cost to you, both for picking up the product from your location and also for sending you a replacement product.

Products with Fitment (Size Mismatch) Issue:

If you raise a replacement request after 3 days from receipt of the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Imp Note: For replacement/exchange due to fitment (size mismatch) reasons, we will allow only 1 replacement opportunity.

Cancellation Policy

In case you have a change in mind just after making the payment, you can drop an e-mail at requesting the cancellation at lifestyle@urbanerange.com with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund your amount. If we receive your cancellation request before the product has been dispatched, we will refund the amount to you within 10 working days of receiving your request.
